The 68th edition of the prestigious Asantehene Golf Tournament was held as an open golf championship, attracting participation from seven nations, including host country Ghana at the Royal Golf Club, Kumasi. The tournament brought together a total of 198 golfers, showcasing a vibrant display of skill and sportsmanship.

350 Youth to Benefit from Sinapi Aba Apprenticeship Programme in Takoradi and Tarkwa

The Youth Apprenticeship Programme (YAP) has been officially launched in Takoradi and Tarkwa, with 350 young people expected to receive training in vocational skills across various trades.

Out of the total number, 150 youth will be trained in Tarkwa, while 200 will undergo apprenticeship in Takoradi.

Sinapi Aba has launched its Youth Apprenticeship Program in the Asante Akyem District of the Ashanti Region. This initiative, spanning three years, is designed to equip vulnerable youth with practical, employable skills, ultimately enabling them to achieve financial independence and contribute positively to society.
