Your name on the transfer record, completed by the person sending you the transfer, must exactly match your name as it appears on your official ID.
Ask for the reference number associated with your transfer. The person sending you the money transfer will have the reference number.
o Visit any Sinapi Aba office.
o Bring your reference number and personal valid photo identification.
o Complete the receiver form at the banking hall and hand the completed form to the Teller.
o Then you will be given your money.
o You will be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: Voter’s license ID, passport and National driver

You cannot open a zero balance account. An initial minimum deposit is required to open an account with Sinapi Aba.
Interests earned on savings accounts are tiered. The more deposit you have in your account the higher the interest earned.
Locate any branch of Sinapi Aba or Dial *718*44#. Go with the required Official Valid Documents (OVD) – refer to Account Opening Requirement under Product & Services menu for Individuals and Businesses.
An account starts accruing interest from the first day account is created and money is deposited into the account.
Deposit earns daily simple interest on minimum balance on account. Daily interest earned is cumulated and added to the original deposit at contract period end. The interest is compounded on contract periodic basis and you earn interest on the interest.
Sinapi Aba has current account for Individuals, Associations, SMEs (Enterprise and Sole proprietorship) and Corporate businesses.
You cannot open a zero balance account. An initial minimum deposit is required to open an account with Sinapi Aba.

SInapi Aba Investments are uniquely designed financial investment which offer depositors a higher rate of interest as compared to the standard savings accounts, during the period of the investment. Sinapi Aba Fixed Deposits Investments offer flexibilities which allow the holder of the instrument to discount it before maturity.
Yes. Interest accruing from the investment will be paid into this account. Upon request by customer to discontinue investment or on maturity of the investment, funds will be paid into this account.
Interests paid are tiered. Hence, interest is determined by the tenor (period) of investment and the principal amount invested.
No. It can only be purchased in local currency (GHS).
This is a high interest bearing investment instrument offered to both corporate and individual clients. It is available to potential customers and Sinapi Aba account holders. It provides clients with instant liquidity with negotiable interest rates.
Yes. Interest accruing from the investment will be paid into this account. Upon request by customer to discontinue investment or on maturity of the investment, funds will be paid into this account.
It is available in fixed maturity periods of one, three, six and twelve months respectively. However, the instrument can be discounted before maturity date at no penal charge.
Yes. Interest on Fixed Deposits and Premium Investments are negotiable upon special demand with Terms and Conditions.
Sinapi Mobile Service is an easy way to access your Sinapi Aba accounts from anywhere, at any time, using your mobile phone. You can use our USSD Code (*754#) to securely move funds from your mobile wallet to your Sinapi accounts, move funds from your Sinapi accounts to your mobile wallet, view your account balances, mini statement, transfer money between accounts or pay bills.

All transactions performed on Sinapi Mobile Service are authenticated with a 4 –digit PIN known to the subscriber only.
A subscriber has the option to change the PIN at his/her own discretion.

Yes, you can transfer funds between your eligible Sinapi Aba Accounts and to other third party accounts in Sinapi Aba.
It is as simple. Once you have registered your phone number and account numbers at the branch, you will receive a text message to which you can reply with your activation code by dialling the short code *754# to activate. You will also be asked to enter your own security pin (4 digits).
Yes. You can change your Sinapi Mobile PIN directly from your mobile device. Changes take place immediately. From the menu, select My Account and follow the instructions.
