Sinapi Aba, under the Canadian Government Project, Financial Inclusion for Enterprise Development (FINEDEV) launched the "Women Mentorship Programme," in 2020 a business capacity building program that aims to innovatively build the capacity of female entrepreneurs through peer-learning experiences.  The program seeks to empower through hands-on business knowledge selected women clients from the length and breadth of Ghana to enable them transform their business whilst making them agents of change for other women in their communities as well.

The program matches upcoming business entrepreneurs (mentee) with established business-minded entrepreneurs (mentor) who have already found footing and are seeing high growth in their business to provide guidance to the mentee on creating growth strategies and tackling complicated challenges in their business field. The training program runs for six months and, afterward, befitting graduation ceremonies are held for the mentees, who are also awarded certificates.

The mentor schedules meetings with the mentee to offer them one-on-one mentorship to provide them with advice and help them through their business challenges. Since the inception of the program, it has been a proven success and the program has produced 490 skilled mentees across the entire length and breadth of Ghana.
